Amelia is a junior in high school, sings in the Concert Choir and loves spending time with her friends, her Mini Aussie and now at the studio.
She is studying to be a music teacher and staff minister in the Lutheran church. They have 2 daughters, Aislinn is 19 and in her second year at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. She fell in love with the brand, business model and style of the franchise and has said even if she had designed it herself – it couldn’t be a more perfect fit.ĭavid, Kelly and their kids are very involved in their church. After discovering Board & Brush through a friend, it was very clear that this was the natural next step for her. Most recently she has been hand painting and selling religious and inspirational artwork at a shop in the tourist town of Frankenmuth, MI. For the 23 years they have been married, she has been saying she would find a way to make money with her projects and crafts. Kelly has always been crafty and has tried her hand at many creative ventures, in fact it has become a little joke between them. However, life took over, and they did not have the knowledge or finances to make that happen.
After their time in the Marines, they moved back to Michigan with dreams of one day opening a dog kennel & grooming business since they both love dogs. Kelly graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy and began her career in Greenville, NC. He helped support Kelly finish college in North Carolina, where he was stationed.
